Yeah, I've always been interested in the Eastern religions. I find them far more beautiful than Abrahamic ones, really. I have little interest in them now, but I'm still interested in say, Celtic and Norse polytheism.

I think with a bit of gentle tweaking, and a bit of a different understanding then it's quite easy to merge them, but it seems as though if I were to merge them all the way I would to make sense of it, I'd be left with something that is, in effect just a slightly unorthodox version of Sikhism.

that is exactly my point, only humans are different out of the millions of animal species because only humans have free will and thus kill for stupid reasons.

yes, that's how i see it too. everyone covers himself at certain level. even curtains on your window is meant for it.

face cover is more like covering ID of person. it is not about sexuality. we are commanded to wear modest adn by that we don't expose shape of our bodies in public and this is not about ID of women. ID is in the face. married couples are completely free to express their sexuality in their privacy which is normal. we just don't show it in public because it is considered as private that should be kept between two.
