I don't really find them all that insulting, but provocative; certainly. The argument is just completely unintelligible, but I suspect that he is not really familiar with any atheists, and is somehow attributing the malfunctions of states onto atheists simply because they are secular. Correlation does mean causation however. I look forward to reading more posts.
