I wouldn't necessarily call it a quest for merely "stimulation" as much as how Csikzentmihalyi describes it "enjoyment". This is probably where "Mastery" by Leonard helps refine it.

The writings of Don Webb were the ones which originally introduced me to the world of Mihaly, Leonard, and Dr. Roberto Assagioli, among many others. Assagioli's idea of "Psychosynthesis" is quite interesting as well.

Also saw a mention of "Flow" somewhere, I just read it recently, it is an excellent book and idea which can be applied easily.

Lol that's ok. Honestly I'm a little ashamed. I have a mac and none of the links are working. I have to be careful with my cap, so I am going to look up those bands on youtube if I can find them. It may take me a while to listen to a few of them though I will respond!

Awesome! I really do enjoy encouraging people who are obviously willing to learn something and share wisdom with others. This is why the debate with Commoner is going so well. It seems that both of us are willing to learn. If I was butting heads with a know-it-all, I'd become obnoxious (as you can tell with my recent debates with others). I hope that sometime we can have our own one on one debate, because I think you bring all kinds of new things to the table. Good job!
