    The police are now saying the lion was actually a large dog. The bear, however, was a real bear.

    They have been searching for the lion, but haven't caught him yet. But guess what? This morning a black bear came into town and broke into a shop. I guess it's going to be a strange week here.

    Things are going fine with me. Except I just found out there's an African lion loose in town. No one knows where he came from or where he is right now -- but they have photos of him. I'm in no danger -- he's way east of where I live. But I'm worried they'll shoot him rather than capture him.
