I like the way you think. Now the hard part will be physically forcing...I mean convincing Quagmire that it is in his best interest to implment this life changing program, ASAP.
Ball and chains are nice and I fully support the use of them, but I like the snap-back option of the child leash when they go too far. If we modified one to Quagmire's body type, that could supply us with entertainment for hours on end.
Which is why God invented rope and rolls of duct tape. Or we could get him one those child leashes that parent use in the mall and reinforce with a steel poll that I will strategically place in his living room.

interpreted numbers? That doesn't sound like something that would mean anything to me to be honest. A number is what it is. Some are cooler than others because of repeating digits, being a square number or prime number, or having numerically ordered consecutive digits. That's all there is to it for me.
