  • It definitely takes away the 'because I said so' factor by not letting the exclusivists cite their books specifically.
Ok man. I'm usually on here at 730, which is 630 your time.
Just send me a VM and let me know you're on and around.
Nice. Maybe I'll take another look at that thread... or is there a new one you meant?
I am on Atlantic time now, so one ahead of you.
I am on in the day time.
Not in the evening, Sorry :p
Made a good general debate. Ive neen looking for a topic for weeks. Why are you only online when im going to work.
The saying isn't just about money, it's usually used to mean pushing ideas, proselytising. So when I say you have no barrow to push, in this context, it means you aren't trying to indoctrinate others with your view, you are engaged in a free exchange of ideas.
Barrows as in wheel-barrows. maybe Americans use a different word. I think the expression relates to taking stuff to market in a wheeled cart. So, a barrow to push is something you are trying to sell.
Going to the atheist DIR does not provide too much. All atheism is is having no belief in any deities. Going to the DIR would only validate what I already think, and I have no need for that.
indeed, let me rephrase the argument as a whole... though my point has been seen! :) You are GREAT! Sorry I don't come around more often and sorry I didn't friend request you a long while ago!
Many thanks to your thoughts/insights. I think my "logical" argument is sound given their logic to argue against me. I so cannot wait to hear their reply to this. I thought posting it here would give me new insights to develope a stance against any holes they might find in my reply.
Interesting thoughts in the reincarnation thread... please read my "thoughts needed" in the debates or "atheist" area... I would love your insight on my thoughts. - thanks
