  • Thanks again.
This conversation with Caladan is proving helpful to me.
He is forcing me to pare down my arguments to the minimum, but I'm finding real strength there - at the core of my belief.

    Dear Kathryn,

Happy Birthday! So sorry to have missed your thread, my sincerest of apologies :) I found it really heartwarming that your mother did that for you, a mother's love is so special.

    Best, Abibi
    Hey Kathryn!

Thanks for the invitation to the 'explain this logically Christians'...
But Im easily exhausted by these kind of questions.
Well what is so different in the South (including Arizona) from places like Michigan where I used to live is that everyone seems to have some really cool orchards.

I just like those big one story houses with tons of oranges and a couple animals in the back, the ideal family home I think.
Ah, my favorite thing about the West actually is the ranch style homes some people have. Very picturesque!
Hah maybe someday then :) Arizona and Texas are not exactly on the opposite ends of the world.

Do you guys have a ranch style home?
Oh ok very cool. I've only gone so far south as Georgia and the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, but one day I hope to try Cajun cuisine. Or at least the crawdads.

I've actually never met a cajun so I was just curious since your description of you husband (mustachiod tanned strongman with a twangy accent) fit the type I read in novels.

Haha Texans are just amusing to me :) Nice people though.
Thank you, Kathryn! I really appreciate your kind words. The days following Christmas are always kind of hard for me (you know, the letdown after all the hard work), so your comments came at a particularly good time. I wish you a wonderful 2011 as well!
I have judged you entirely unfairly based on limited evidence, and for that I apologize. The recognition of the rhetoric is expected, I have received some instruction. Please feel free to provide more.
