Hi Katia, My legs are very better. It seems that I had edema, Luckily it was diagnosed and I'm on medication. The swelling is over.

Ultimately unaware of awareness as I pose prose questions quietly. Thats what I am.
Difficult to explain, and I don't have a recent version written down anywhere. I have an older copy of my thoughts somewhere here on RF, but I take pride in the fact that my views grow with revelations.

. It does sound a bit like Buddhism, but I think there are a few differences. But Awareness is (as I see it) pretty relevant to Buddhism.
In any case, what exactly made you become aware?

I did hours of self healing in bed today
when I couldn't fall asleep.

I didn't even care that I wasn't sleeping.
