  • Milk has proteins in it that can make your skin younger and sometimes, fairer. And also, it's natural. Just massage it unto your face or desired areas. Allow it to dry then scrub it with your hands. You'll see the dirt being rubbed off. It works for me;)
    Yes, seriously. It's good for the skin..:) I just got conscious with my skin, that's why I use soaps, lotion and milk:D
    Not only that I love to sing, but I do have 'talent' in singing (I'm not boasting here. I think I somehow get this talent from my father)... Singing to help me sleep isn't much effective to me because it will just make me listen to the song repeatedly and sing it afterward:D
    The problem is, we haven't bought some milk lately. :D I drink tea lately.
    Well, as for me. I'll prepare for my lunch later on. I'll prepare a vegetable salad with chicken. hehe
    Uh,oh. That would be a problem if you fell asleep during the class... just calm empty your mind and listen to a good music that could probably make you feel at rest and you would eventually sleep later on.

    What I do when I can't sleep is drinking milk, especially fresh milk. It helps me relax and I would eventually feel asleep after quite some time;)
