    Which is why I have grown to respect you. Being here is slowly getting me to be less jaded of my own biases. The more atheists I see like you *I know you are also Buddhist* the more I realize my biases are not necessarily reality.

    Do you know of any online source to read the Mulasarvastivada? Buddhist texts are the most notoriously complicated and trying to understand their branchings is giving me a headache. Is there anyone in this forum with knowledge of scriptural history?
    Hey there,
    I am having confusion about the Vinaya pitaka and their classification. It is a single group of writings right? Different sects just translated them and started calling them by different names like "Theravada Vinaya" , Mahasangika vinaya, sarvastivada etc right?Or are they independent compositions?
