  • Hey, he is a Cockatiel called Rishi. Actually, he died a few days ago. I had him for 11 years and he was really awesome. Do you have birds or just like them?
:p Brat isn't the word that comes to mind while reading your posts, but i get what you're saying :D
Thanks, i like that picture a lot.

Also, i like watching your avatars, you're probably the only person here who puts such a various collection of their pictures, its pretty cool. Gives a (possibly false) indication that one is getting to know you better.
Come chat with Jeff, DS, and me. We'd love to chat with you. The link is here. But in order to get in, you need to clear the password box first. Then hit login.
I know how to mount a .iso on OSX so if you want you can send me KOTOR 2 :) Thanks for the offer :)

BTW, is 2 any longer than 1? I beat KOTOR already (light-side) and I realize I didn't do many of the side-quest (which is why I am playing dark side now) but I still feel KOTOR ended rather abruptly.
Response: Of course. HK-47 is one of the greatest NPCs of all time. Now if you will excuse me, I wish meditate on the face of my former meatbag master as he was electrocuted. I find it most soothing.
Also, I can't believe I didn't think of it before: along with Q, Wesley Crusher (after his shenanigans with the Traveller, not the whiny kid) would be more than a match for all the Sith, including Darth Vader, IMO.

As for the speed thing... It seems to me that the Star Wars galaxy is much smaller than the Milky Way. I think they can cross it so quickly because there's just less of it to cross.

I think that explains why the Empire doesn't use those projectiles in the Star Wars universe: if they worked, an Empire evil enough and with resources enough to build the Death Star would use them. However, since they don't use them, I think we can conclude that they wouldn't work well enough to bother.

BTW - I have a horrible admission to make: I've never watched Battlestar Galactica. Or Firefly. I hope you can forgive me.

Hopefully it'll redeem myself a bit to tell you that I just bought a DVD of Dune when I was out today.
