I am really surprised you cannot tell what it says considering your Arabic should be better than mine. It says Inspirational Deist. I think I have chosen a name that sticks this time since it leaves a sense of wonder.

But I just said that I didn't read it to disprove anything? To the contrary, I read it with great expectations actually. And even Jesus basically said it's better to pluck out your eye than go to hell because of it, I have the same beef there, so don't think I'm picking on the Quran. But don't assume things about me because they make what I say easy to dismiss. I simply don't buy peace for the price of unnacountable torture for others, and I can't be threatened into love. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm glad you found peace with it, but it's not for me. Peace for all or it's not peace. Punishment other than for the purpose of correction is not punishment, but vengeance, cruelty, evil. It's bad even in humans, and we are tempted and frail, but it surely is not acceptable for God to do. Now multiply that fact with infinity.

I did read the Quran. I did not reference it, or the OT/NT in that post, but don't think I'm arguing from ignorance or hearsay. I actually read both while desperately seeking guidance, too, not just as a curious atheist. Still, I was appalled by some of the things I found, could not and will not accept them. The very heart that cries out for justice and compassion cannot seek refuge in spiritual fascism. If that is the only way God offers, then there is no way for me. The end; but as long as I have breath I will complain ^^
