To be 100% honest, my inner God really loves humor

The sucking and blowing was mot of all a way of saying that we suck and blow because we are alive, and we will be dead the day we stop making mistakes. the blinking regulations mean that one regulates attention to have rest, but it is important to know when to rest and what to give better attention, lest rest, etc. Also it was meant to remember meditation that I believe is one of the best ways to come to our inner god nature, but simply saying "meditate" felt... idk.

Water? I don't know I think my 6 hour nap in the middle helped though. I mostly just avoided anything that wasn't a low energy activity and made sure I never got too excited either physically or emotionally about anything.
