  • Ha, if only my paper weren't due tonight! What's a lazy gal to do? Oh...that. Yeah, that. Alright, it's back to work for me.

    Good luck to you!
It hasn't been easy for me, its took me many hours of practice to be that nice!
I have been very impressed with the arguments you have presented. I find we agree on alot of things and i look forward to reading and learning from more of your posts in the future.
Sandra Hawks, who wrote the poem I just now linked to for you, told me this cool quote of Yeats, which you might like if you haven't heard it already:

“Out of the quarrel with others we make rhetoric; out of the quarrel with ourselves we make poetry.”
    Hi, you poet hound!

I hope you're having a good day. I myself am very short on sleep -- and goofy!

Have you seen this one yet? Is Sandra Hanks Right About Open Relationships and Marriages? « Café Philos: an internet café
That was an interesting response in the "Belief" thread, Stephen. Quite interesting. I've decided though not to respond to it in the thread itself because I would prefer that thread to die. I'm tired of the topic. Exhausted with it, actually.
I saw that! Looks like you put some serious thought into it! I'm excited!

I have some unrelated work to accomplish before I can respond, though. I don't know if I will get to that thread today beyond reading it.
Yikes! Sounds like that lightening got pretty close!

Take away my mountains and you take away my soul.
By the way, I posted this on my blog this morning:

"There is a language older by far and deeper than words. It is the language of bodies, of body on body, wind on snow, rain on trees, wave on stone. It is the language of dream, gesture, symbol, memory. We have forgotten this language. We do not even remember that it exists."

The author is Derrick Jensen. Kind of makes me think of you out there walking the hills in the wind!
Thanks for responding to my thread, "Belief in God is meaningless". It's good to hear from you!
Hi Stephen! I just thought I'd drop by to let you know I've begun blogging on a more less daily basis again. So, the internet is no longer safe for children and the elderly! :D
