    I think you're blowing things out of proportion. And my comment in post 29 was only intended to say (in a humourous way) that everyone, including your mother, should pay tax on an equal basis. That's all. I don't see how it was a cheap shot.

    I realize that you're personally invested in this issue, but even considering that, I don't see why you get so worked up whenever people talk about taxing churches. If you can't talk about the issue reasonably, it's probably better - and probably less stressful for you - to avoid talking about it, IMO.
