    Thought you might appreciate that u yoga nerd :p I'll let you know when ive got the pigeon down! :p Yeah kenpo is cool, lots of punching, so it builds up my man-points pretty well :p (so long as the earlier pigeon was unwitnessed)

    Hey, ah just sayin, tried this new workout yesterday called 'kenpo'. Little did i know it started off with some unreasonable yoga style stretches. The 'pigeon' was more like 'man recently hit with a tazer' for me :p
