In Father chapter 9 of the Book of Asherah, it states:
"Though My capacity is infinite,
My actions are measured
and My power is self-restrained."
The assumption that omnipotence must be applied leaves no place for free will of the non-omnipotent.
Shiva is a powerful and multi-faceted entity.
Henotheism is a more elevated viewpoint than strict monotheism, in my opinion.
