I think the socialists who don't even want to destroy capitalism are a larger group anyway...

    Evil

Most evil is hurting people while knowing it's wrong or dehumanising others to promote your own groups.

    Frats and Sororities

When I was in uni I never went to any of those. There were at least two frats that were part of a recruiting efforts for religious extreme groups.

The anti-science Creationist crowd are just a small subset of Christianity.

Aron Ra banned from the Ark Park:

They're failing financially and they have their business based on beliefs that they can't defend with honesty. Of course they couldn't handle someone like him on their ship that would sink the moment it was put to sea.

    Theist's the Hard Truth

I'll only answer the AAI part. It gets more interesting when you're an atheist for decades and then turn theist which is unlike the religions near you. It only really applies to those who believe things because they have been trained to. Sounds like an insult that doesn't serve any purpose...

Socialists? Doesn't sound like you even have socialists there...

Simple machines out of biomolecules? It's a start, perhaps we'll have breathing air conditioners instead of plants in office buildings in a few decades. ;)

Cherry Picking... especially interested in theist views

I agree that lots of it in the OT is either something that is a no-brainer or bad as often interpreted. The highlights are in the NT and quoted as something Jesus says. I'm not a Biblist and I do not advocate that it should be the only ethical guidance one can have, such a view would be very...

    2019 Finnish parliamentary election results

Nationalism gets a lot of unneeded bad press along with deserved criticism across the globe. Locally, many see that with the EU we're not appreciating our own culture as much as we used to, both good and bad are thrown out. Many reactionaries get a start out of something we're supposed to give...

Cherry Picking... especially interested in theist views

There's always room for interpretation, keep in mind there's no way to actually lie as a male with a male as with a woman. That aside, everyone has their own take on whether some things in the Bible are worth it or not. I think in Europe at least a lot of Christians are educated into Biblical...

    Notre-Dame Cathedral is on fire!

French billionaires are putting in a couple hundred million euros to rebuild it, just heard about it... I'm sure there's sources on the 'net about it.

Sorry to hear that. It was a long time ago, but I've been there. Stay strong and don't do anything you would regret. See if you can or want to salvage something from this.

    2019 Finnish parliamentary election results

It's a bit curious perhaps, since it's a win for both left and nationalists. The nationalists are also quite close to center (although media both home and abroad calls them "far right"), some of them are also left-leaning unlike many nationalists... so except a more left-leaning gov't than we...

    2019 Finnish parliamentary election results

That's normal because mostly EU is right-wing dominated... Nationalists did see a large rise (not seen from the +1, because they were in trouble a couple of years ago), because the media was so biased against them that even a blind man saw it. They also got a boost from a number of scandals...

    2019 Finnish parliamentary election results

That's why I strongly dislike the one-party and two-party systems, they end up conformist and often if the two parties both hold an insane idea any voice of reason will not be heard. I think we should have a bit less seats. I think that having more than a 1,000 seats might not be workable...
