    I don't find you can compare between those two. And urges is an early sign, you need to be able to say that there's something wrong with yourself instead of justified it based on your own perspective. And unfortunately, that's what people tends to do, they're afraid to admit that they need help.

    Work in a farm in the past, and I don't find it make any difference. Never slaughtered something big as cow and buffalo, but from poultry until small mammals like goat, I'm okay in doing it.

    I have the urge a lot of times, and when it happens more than twice, that's when I decided to seek help. Those with mental illness won't seek help, they will just kill.

    I never see an elephants discussing about my behaviour as my neighbor did. And there's a slight differences between talking and communicating between human and animals.
