Only a person who is prepared to have all their front teeth displaced should ever consider striking another person.

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

Do not withhold discipline from a child; if you strike him with a rod, he will not die (Prov. 23:13) Whoever spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is diligent to discipline him (Prov. 13:24) And wife beating goes without saying: Col 3:18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own...

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

Every one except Mormonism and that one was based upon a fictitious story about the angel Mormon and golden plates which mysteriously disappeared. Do you really believe that stone age people's stories about miracles and BS should be accepted as fact? Just how much virgin birth, walking on...

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

All religions came from primitive mankind during the bronze or stone ages. They were unable to deal with their developing imagination. They believed in witchcraft and thought the earth was flat. Why would a loving caring god leave the only keys to the kingdom with such ignorant humans?

    Mark Of The Beast??

Think back to high school days. If you were an athlete, in the band, played pop music on keyboards, voted most likely to succeed, president of the student counsel, etc. You had it made. If you weren't any of those you were on the outside looking in. That's what Facebook reminds me of......a...

    Mark Of The Beast??

LMAO! I was on facebook for about two years. I got tired of hearing about people's head colds and seeing pictures of their ugly kids. Most of the people on there need to get a life.

    Mark Of The Beast??

55% of the world's Internet population logs onto Facebook at least once a week. That's the main reason I cancelled my account over a year ago. When 750,000,000 people are involved in a lot of BS I'm glad to be rid of it.

    Mayhem In Bethlehem

Police had to break up a brawl which centered on a dispute about whose god is the true god. The police made no arrests because they said all of those involved were "Men Of God." Does anyone else see the irony in that?

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

It's all academic anyway. Over half of the population no longer marries and the half which do have a 50% divorce rate. Before too many years gays will be the only ones who get married.

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

You had better hope that in her mid teens she doesn't "feel her oats"...gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH....the way both of my daughters did. They're both well educated, good families, incomes etc. in their late 40's, early 50's now but once when they were about 17-19 I had to go bring...

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

She has it made unless she runs into a 6' tall 190 pound Taekwondo master. Then she had better pretend she never had a lesson....just to be on the safe side. Most men know how to handle themselves or they would have never made it through high school...at least where I came from. Of course I'll...

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

In Indian society, women were usually subject to various caste-rules and severe restrictions. They remained illiterate and were ill-treated. Female infanticide was often practiced.

Christian prayer/faith is, by definition, a subtype of magic.

Superstition: A belief for which there is no material evidence. The only way to prove the bible is by referencing the bible.

Muslims: Keeping the wife "in line"

Evidently you haven't read much about other religions. I know of none which do not put the man ahead of women. Men wrote them that way: For the man is not of the woman but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. [I Corinthians 11:8-9] Let...

Do You Think We Read More Into Scriptures Than What Is There?

That's easy. If a loving caring god dropped by one time during the stone age and left the only keys to the kingdom with a mob of primitives who believed in witchcraft and thought the earth was flat......he has one helluva sense of humor.

Why Did God Create What He Doesn't Want?

Methinks man created god in his image and not the other way round. I'm sure of it! Why would a loving caring god allow an all expense paid preacher to accept any money from an elderly widow who is barely affording her food? I've never heard of a preacher or a church refusing to accept money...

Do we actually have a choice in...anything?

If one is a Christian those questions are already answered: Turn The Other Cheek Walk The Extra Mile Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You Love Thy Neigbor As You Love Yourself If Sued In Court For Coat Voluntarily Give Cloak Love Thine Enemies Pray For Those Who Curse...
