I think the reason there are not more Jewish fatalities is because Jewish people value life more, they make bomb shelters, they don’t strap bombs onto their children, they don’t hide under the skirts of their women, they give their women machine guns! OK, where do you want them to fight from, Nevada Desert??? do you know how small is Gaza strip and how big the population in it???
They have no option but to fight from these areas !!!!
Pals have no money to creat bomb shelters or these stuff that Israel have, Israel is being heavily aided by USA, while Pal is aided by no one, they have no food, no water, no electricity, no medicine and no gas, and you are asking them for bomb shelters????

And can we call them Israeli ppl and not Jewish ppl, that'd be more accurate, we have nothing against Jews ( actually nor the Israel), we have certain problems with the Israeli government...

Well it depends on how you define children - I'm sorry, but I've seen anyone under the age of 18 reported as a "child" in most media, even when the "child" in question had a full beard and had a weapon in his hand. I'm not claiming this is the case for all, or even most, of the children killed, it is just that there is a difference between a baby (up to 2, at most), and a child (0-17).

EDIT: And I don't mean in the Middle East; I mean, here, where I live, of locals in the local media, in addition to coverage of the Mideast.

Yes, I've been there. I remember standing on a little hill, I looked to my right to see the Sea, I could see the border on my left. So small you can see from one side to the next. The world watches as people fight over city blocks. I would not say they are aided by no-one...

If they decided to put all the civilians on one side of things, and keep all their military people on the other side, there would be no civilian casualties.

Well, i couldn't agree more, but i guess what they meant by children is that the children under the age of 12, after all those sources are very repectfull sources..

mmm, what i meant with aid, is respectfull aid by countries, not by some organisations or individuals, no one is aiding Gaza, as i have said, Gaza, has nothing to live on, ppl are dying cause they cant find medecine...

Why can't it be done? I see no reason why not.
The reason they do not do it, they think it will win them sympathy. I feel sorry for the kids, I really do. My anger goes towards those who use the kids as a shield.

Let me ask you a question. Say some sicko takes a hostage and puts a gun to your kids head (hostage is a different person than your child). Do you

A. Kill the hostage and the sicko in order to save your child's life and stop the sicko from doing any more damage.
B. Throw down your weapons, let the sicko have their way with the hostage and your kid - killing both of them instead of just one of them, and then provide them with aid.

Which do you do? When the wheat is mixed in with the tares?

heres a solution , the Palestinians vote in a political party thats goals are a viable Palestinian state, thay recognise Israel, renounce violence and sit down a negotiate, Israel opens borders the west supplies bilions of dollars worth of aid to help build up a Palestinian infrastructure, ( the Arab nations can help to if they feel inclined)and everyone lives in peace .

Is it really necessary to put 300 babies and 200 women in the title? It's stupid how we make it a priority to show women and children as casualties over everyone else. It should be enough to say that INNOCENT PEOPLE have died.

"Innocent people killed" is certainly a phrase that will shock most people to some extent, but "300 babies killed!" will horrify most. It carries more information about the innocent people and generate more outrage and sympathy (babies being helpless and awful cute). I personally find myself angrier and sadder when I read of a baby being hurt as opposed to a grown male, Don't you?

I suspect that was why the title was phrased as such.
