What he said was not racist. Racism is hating someone else for their race, or the belief that their race is inferior to your own for reasons X. At no point did he say he hated them or felt superior to them.

There is a big difference between racism and realism. At the same time, we live in a culture that is all about instant gratification. The younger generations want stuff NOW and don't want to work hard to earn it later.

Those who are inclined to be more racist always have ways to justify their racism, and you have supplied us with enough evidence above that this is where you are coming from. Stereotyping any group, whether it be black, white, or whatever, is pathetic and immoral in my book, but also another book as well-- maybe you should learn "more about jehovah".
