Here's a recipe for delicious fake maple syrup.
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek powder
Mix 'em up. Bring to the boil - be careful !
That's it.
I should look up fenugreek. It is something I have never used. Thank you.

Fenugreek tea is amazing. Simmer whole seeds. You will smell like a curry. Good for the lungs apparently.
Also, extract is anabolic.
