Only 57 ?????

Look here kiddie..... you go out an' play now. We oldies have got serious stuff to talk about......:D

Let me know when you remember what it is :p

Here's my tip if you want to grow old disgracefully ... take the right drugs !

First off, get yourself some hydergine and grow a whole new bunch of brain cells. It also restores memory in old folks who've lost it. And it raises your dopamine levels :) And lots of other great stuff. It's probably the second best drug Dr Albert Hofmann invented :D It even makes nice rainbow auras around the edges of things. :rainbow1: Seriously. Freely available on the web. For now. But your freedoms in that regard are being stolen from you behind your back, so you'd better be quick ....

Then get some noopept. Not only will you be way less grumpy, and with a better memory, but it also helps prevent Alzheimers. This is one of Russia's better kept secrets.

Human growth hormone is absolutely recommended for general repair and maintenance. If you can't get that, see if you can find a supplier of GHRP-6, a GH releasing peptide. If it's legal where you live.

Lots of quality resveratrol of course.

And start working out you dummy ! Jeebus, people give heaps more TLC to their cars and workshop tools than they do to their own bodies ! (about which they know diddly squat generally). So once you start working out you'll need magnesium for the muscle soreness and probably krill oil for the arthritis...

That's enough to keep you going in much better form for a few more decades, but there is plenty more you could profit from knowing about.
And you won't learn it in school.

It's extraordinary that we spend so long in school and learn almost nothing about the physiology of happiness and health. Heaps of stuff about evolution and political correctness and myopic parochial views of history etc - but next to nothing about how your body works and what new discoveries make it work better !

I could list dozens ...and I bet most people would find that eccentric.

Yet they spend hours daily arguing about god and evolution.

Don't you know that is one of the two things you are never supposed to ask a woman?

Welcome, young lady, to the den for old men. It's always refreshing to see one of you cross that line.

Watch it guys, there's a lass in our midst. Be polite now.

Yes, of course we know that. There are a lot more than 2 things you should never ask a woman.

I'm close... chronologically 56 in July but mentally and emotionally 15. When I had my fitness assessment at the gym, the young lady asked my age. I said 55. She said no way, I didn't look it, that I'm in great shape for my age. I'm old enough to be her father, so maybe she had only her father and uncles as examples of 55 year olds. Maybe they looked 55 (whatever that means). So at least I have that going for me.
