I leave you with this.

The president that Snowden exposed for lying about mass surveillance doesn't think he's a patriot?
This changes everything!

If you're interested in checking out a perspective that isn't straight out of the mouth of a US administration:

I think "patriotism" is one of the most over valued things around. Usually it refers to a blind support to the country you are a citizen of. "My country, right or wrong". Ugh!

I'm sure Russia and Putin appreciates the sentiment and principles that Snowden appreciates so much that are near and dear to his heart.

So much as to vow fealty to the Russian Motherland.

Putin has nothing to do with the issue .. Snowden outed Gov't crimes against US citizens ... not Putin's crimes against US citizens. Putin is not the Hero of the Story .. nor the criminal ?! This is about the police state here at home - not about some fixation on Vlad that the Blue Propagandists have.

So much as to vow fealty to the Russian Motherland.
Obviously you don't care about totalitarianism here at home .. figuring it is patriotic to ignore this movement and focus on beloved Mother Russia .. projecting this behavoir on those that do give a hoot .. those who do stand for something here at home .. and want to get rid of this latest Blue progressive totalitarian scum bucketry
