A 2020 Election Lie

More people voted in the 2020 election than were registered.

Wrong. According to a report to the 117th Congress by the Election Assistance Commission, there were 209 million active registered voters in the 2020 election. There were 158 million votes cast for President.

Don't be surprised if Trump and MAGA trot out another lie about more votes than voters in 2024 if he loses.

That the Republicans (heavily supported by the Heritage Foundation) are totally invested in convincing Americans that the election cannot be free and fair and must of necessity be "rigged" should tell you everything you need to know.

"Why," you ask? Because if the Republicans win, then we must accept, on their own say-so, that it was a fraudulent win! They're saying it themselves, over and over again.

What does that tell you? It tells you that the Republicans think they are going to lose this election!

One thing that I have learned is that if Trump accuses someone else of doing something wrong, not only is the other person almost always innocent of those charges, it is Trump that either is guilty of that wrong or he at the very least attempted it himself.

We even have phone recording of him trying to cheat in Georgia when he asked a government official to find more votes for him.

It is the old scheister's adage, if I'm doing it, everybody else must be doing it too.
Very difficult to work for and with this type of person.
