Yeah...i have a fixation with Arabia. The sand has been soaked with blood since the seventh century and beyond.
I have seen little girls get their heads chopped off for not renouncing their Christian faith. I have seen beautiful young ladies getting bricks thrown on their heads until nothing remains but a puddle of blood brain and skull fragments.
I have seen Taliban shooting women in the soccer stadium. Why is it always happening to women? What about the men they were fornicating with?
What about the innocent child who's hand was cut off? Some of them were falsely accused. Can you give them their hand back?
My mind is tormented with this stuff. THe middle eastern and north African Governments let this take place as a spectacle like it's a baseball game.
It is legal. Everyone shouts, "Allah Akbar!" I watched the be headings. It gives me nightmares!
We need a new Islam! We need it soon! I pray for it.
I wish I were there suffering with those innocent people who are stoned and beheaded for being freethinkers. I wish I could carry some of their burden
And it took outsiders to come in and put an end to the Holocaust as well. Remember, it was legal to round up Jewish people, segregate them, steal their money, and eventually murder them. It was legal.
Islam was nowhere in sight.
Millions died. The reality is...mankind will find reasons to murder, rape, steal, etc. It isn't always about religion. Anyone is welcome to dislike Islam or any other religion (I personally think the RCC should close down, butttt...lol) but when looking for the right monster to slay, it isn't Islam one should be after. I believe that religion and government should not mix, and if a sound government was put into place in these countries, giving people the right to vote ...we might see some positive change. Eye for an eye legislation never works. Violence will always beget more violence, no matter what the cause of it is.
Okay, Stalin-chan. ^_^
I will always use labels with YOU.
Handzar SS Division -- Bosnian Moslem Nazi PastIslam was nowhere in sight.
Yea, you always knew. I never felt comfortable as an atheist, I'm one of those people who needs spirituality. Needs faith. Even when I've been praying the prayers in Islam lately, I can't say for sure who or what he may be, but I will say this. I feel that a god is real...and it's just a matter of finding our own way of communicating with him that will determine our own fulfillment. The last place I thought I'd ever end up is at the doorstep of another Abrahamic faith...but, I didn't choose Islam, it seems like it chose me.
Bless you for apologizing to Aslam.
As Long as that home does not become Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Jordan, Syria, Morroco, Oman, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, or any other Arab country, unless you don't mind being treated less than human and living in a misogynists dream come true and a Feminists worse nightmire. That is so beautiful. Its good to find a home.

When you make your pilgramege to Mecca, maybe bring a body guard like me with you
They would be a good place to vacation but not a good place to live. Especially if you are an Indepant woman from America who is used to the rights women enjoy here.Oman, Algeria, UA and Morocco are very great countries and nothing like Saudi Arabia. Many people vacation in UAE and Morocco

Also, Saudi Arabia is the Islamic Capitol which as you are well aware, every Muslim is supposed to make a pilgramege there.
Countries where Sharia applies in personal status issues (such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, and child custody). That is MoroccoYou obviously do not know of Morocco then

Morroco's constitution in 2011 does allow peaceful protests though so that is awesome!
Okay, well then, thank you for that. They are not traditional at all. Cool Okay Dee, it is okay to move to MorroccoIslami Qanun is different in every country. Shari'yah differs from country.
In Morocco you have women like this. . .
Samira Sa'id who do not remain veil and SING! On top of this you have women politicians.
Shari'ya can be anything to nothing and many people in Pakistan remove elements they don't like in Sunnah and application of fiqh. You seriously do not understand this topic at all and keep in mind you are talking to a well seasoned Muslim

lol, you addressed me by my troll name?! How sweet ^_^.
You know me, I love being nothing and everything. I enjoy contradictions
Dee when I hear you speaking so much in favor of modesty it makes me swell!@SaintMatthew - lol! You will be my bodyguard. :-}}
No worries. I don't plan to move to those countries you named. Unless I marry a Muslim, someday...Wut?
^_^
@Sha'irullah - yes, my Muslim friends wear hijab but many times, they don't. I was out and about today with my relatives and saw a few teenage girls wearing the hijab with jeans and a tee shirt and they looked pretty ...
I like this aspect of Islam (modest dress) because it creates a desire to wish to be less vain. Not all Muslim women dress modestly, but there are times when I enjoy dressing sexy, but I like this aspect of Islam as it creates a desire for modesty.

Well, I actually don't see myself as the marrying kind. I enjoy dating but to give my heart to someone for life...Idk.If you convert, and follow the traditional rules of the religion, you won't be marrying a non-Muslim.
