When I look around, I don't see such mismatches.

The only difference between the two pictures is the color of her face. The proportions or dimensions of her face are the same in both pictures. It would be much different if without her makeup she had ears like an elephant, a nose the size of a watermelon, puss oozing out of her face, toothless and bald.
Anyway , deception is exist , there are many whom hiding their defaults.

That other media had picked up the story but that it all originated from one source (the source your second link even mentions) and was unverifiable as no real identifying information was given. Plus, the pictures are of a different woman entirely in your first link here. Appears to both just be generic "before" and "after" pics for what make up can accomplish.
