Are there aspects of Persian culture that are a part of the Baha'i fatih?
Very little except for the fact that the Baha'i calendar has Naw-Ruz (March 20-21) as its New Year, and the fact that the Baha'i scriptures, which are now translated into over 800 languages, were originally written in Persian and Arabic (sometimes using both languages in the same work).
Best regards, and do keep the questions coming!
