Abrahamic God = Brahman???

Is the Abrahamic God an anthropomorphic personification of the Hinduism's Brahman?

As I understand it, Brahman doesn't have human qualities, but the Abrahamic God has some of the same qualities as Brahman.

So maybe he is?
It doesn't work well to equate.

The Abrahamic God concept is dualist = God and creation are two.

The Hindu Brahman concept is nondualist = God and creation are not two

I have and I have reviewed each gospel and only base what I understand on Jesus's word. I literally one day went through the entire four gospels and saw what Jesus said and did. He is evil for reasons already given here and reasons elsewise. He stole truth over eons from the polytheists, those under Iao specifically, and made the world, which was beautiful in all its measure proveably, into a terrible places banging it out on our heads with frying pans that we were **** in a **** world he made. It doesn't fit it seems more like an earthling joke
Nothing I can relate to

yaldabaoth, not Yahwe he is a lesser Canaanite deity, not Allah, he is chief of Arabian deities, but Set;Jehov ah is based on lies.
Thank you for explaining this. I appreciate it.

I think it is important not to conflate different religions. While it is true that when we compare pagan pantheons, similar ideas of what is a god arise. This is because in paganism, a "god" is simply a "power" over men, whether it is a storm, or an emperor, or war. But that is no longer the case when a people attach themselves to just one god, whether via henotheism or monotheism. I cannot say that the Muslim Allah is the pre-Mohammedan Allah and make any kind of sense.

I am not convinced that we can reliably go back to the time when Israel was first becoming dominant in Canaan and know exactly what the Israelite religion was. But the probability weighs on the side of a kind of henotheism: "There are many gods, but YHWH is OUR god."

That means, sir, that your assertion that their god was Yaldabaoth would be profoundly mistaken.

Please understand, my friend, that I have no problem with you being a polytheist, or a gnostic, or believing in a malevolent demiurge named Yaldabaoth. You are as free to you have your own beliefs as anyone else.

My problem is when you claim that the Abrahamic religions worship this Yaldabaoth, despite our objections to the contrary. Who are you to tell us what god we worship? If you want to know about my God, all you have to do is ask, and I'll gladly explain. But try to TELL ME who I worship, and I now have a problem with you.

It's kind of like how back during the Hellenistic era, the Greeks spread the rumor that Jews worshiped Set, or that we worshiped a donkey [Judge Judy voice: ON] REEEdiculous! Who did these Greeks think they were, TELLING US who we worshiped, instead of just asking us? It's just incredibly offensive to presume this way, and very destructive to spread these kinds of rumors.

It is pretty clear, however, that you are strongly attached to this idea, so I'm not really expecting to convince you otherwise.

Not to mention the way badness is not something to be abhorred and should go away, it's something to be embraced and tamed and honed with age.
Badness. That would be things like assault, theft, rape, murder... You really think these things should be "embraced and tamed"?
