Yes that's fair enough.A god can still be actively involved in something and be transcendent. A god can create and rule something and not be that something. That god is still a separate being from that creation.

Both. God pervades and sustains everything. Nothing exists independently from God. Yet, God is completely independent of all created phenomena. And while creation participates in and reflects the divine nature, it itself is not divine.
