Actors or Actresses you cant stand

Jim Carrey with a few good exceptions though. He's mostly obnoxious in most roles.

Beau Bridges although in one or two films I watched, he was great in them.

It's probably her acting, but I'm only guessing.

I don't see the comparisons between her and Natalie Portman, except that they were both in Star Wars.

She was great in A Dangerous Method, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World and Never Let Me Go (I boo hooed at the end of the latter two). I can see her winning an Oscar eventually.

I kind of agree. She's certainly not that attractive. And, while she has been in great movies, that doesn't mean she is a good actress. I also have a kind of subconscious dislike for her.

She's just not airbrushed in Kill Bill. Its just the cosmetics that you don't like probably. She cleans up really well.

She's not ugly, she's just not pretty. Or at least Hollywood pretty. Which is totally fine, I don't think being attractive is or should be a requirement for any actor, but if they don't have the "looks" they should at least have the acting chops, and to me she has neither. So I don't get how she is as popular an actor as she is. I think if I had to choose one word to describe Uma Thurman as a whole, would be... meh.

8 pages and no mention of Steven Seagal? How is this possible? The man plays the same stilted character in every movie he's ever made. Hands down, best movie that guy was ever in was Executive Decision as he dies in the first few minutes of it. Bravo! That's how you make a good Steven Seagal movie.

All I'm going to say is the Director can make the actors seem like cardboard if they want to. I think I played Buck really well though, and they let me keep the van.

I dunno if there's ever been an actor I couldn't stand but there's some that just make me go, "How'd he/she even get to this stage?". For example, Don Cheadle, almost always expressionless, I think he completely lacks charisma and the king of **** accents.

I'll also add in Maryl Streep...I know, you will all hate me for it but I haven't liked any of the movies in which she is the main star, she seems quite bored in most roles, although I did enjoy her turn in The Devil Wears Prada but she was a gormless zombie in the Deer Hunter and her character was so underwritten I forget she existed until she came back in the last 3rd of the movie lol

I have just never thought he could act. I place him in the same category as Seagal. Stilted one character actor. SSDD.
