Any MAGA folks here want to condemn his actions?

Apparently not.

He didn't do any actions. He just went on a tirade on social media typing away on a keyboard.

Apparently that is justification for 2 and a half years in prison and another 2 and a half years plus being monitored.

Pretty much covers it. Life goes on.

Death threats are not covered under freedom of speech.
To an extent I agree. All death threats ought to be taken seriously and monitored, but it's actions, more than just threats, that requires arrest and imprisonment .

There is a difference that makes for a free society and a totalitarian one where speech is being equated on as the same level as an action.

This is specifically dealing with our free elections process, without which we just might wind up in a totalitarian society.

The US Constitution guarantees the people a Republican form of government (where the people elect their representatives,) so this would be a pretty serious offence constitution-wise.

So instead of unreservedly condemning the man as in my view you should you are apologising for him and trying to claim the US should have a *shut the gate after the horse has bolted* system were people are physically put in harm's way before law enforcement even lifts a finger?

Death threats have an impact on people's ability to speak freely to counteract disinformation narratives before they are carried out, because they create a culture of fear and intimidation in my view.
