I wouldn't conclude from the etymological distinction between three words that muslims have "their own separate God and he hates Jews", that seems like a few bridges too far. I mean, from my perspective relatively few Christians refer to God very often using the tetragrammaton, at least historically, despite the fact that it's made a bit of a comeback. But I don't think the fact that more Christians have used "theos" or "God" or even "Jesus" than have used the tetragrammaton means that Christians have a different God. Just different terminology.
The ancient Hebrew ones are, yes.Would these names be of ancient Hebrew?
Many Christians do have their own separate God; Jesus.
Allah, Yahweh, or Jehovah. Which one and why?
Well the Muslim god "Allah" is a seperate god, from the One True God. It is a false god. Along with Muhammad being a false prophet.I wouldn't conclude from the etymological distinction between three words that muslims have "their own separate God and he hates Jews", that seems like a few bridges too far. I know! Thanks for agreeing!yeah right
Actually, He prefers His nickname.Using Gods personal name is more important then using titles all the time.
It's not that I don't believe you that "Allah" was meant to refer to the God of Abraham, but God has one true name. After the Babylonian captivity this all was mixed around. The languages of that time were refurbished with new ways of speaking. Such as the letter E and L. They did not come into language until the Babylonian captivity. To me, it's like creating another god, if you don't use the correct name. If I called Bob, Jacob. Do you think that Bob would like that? He would want to be called by his real name. I've gone to other countries, and they refer to me by my name. Not a translated version of it.IMHO you're delusional, read about it, even if you think Islam is a false religion, God is not a false God, Allah is the Arabic word for the God of Abraham, look it up in a dictionary if you don't believe me.
Okay however, Arabic wasn't the language of the time. Hebrew was the main language of the time.Educate yourself, here's the Wikipedia link for ALLAH, if you scroll down to the section labeled Christianity you will see this statement;
Arabic-speakers of all Abrahamic faiths, including Christians and Jews, use the word "Allah" to mean "God".[5] The Christian Arabs of today have no other word for "God" than "Allah".[22] (Even the Arabic-descended Maltese language of Malta, whose population is almost entirely Roman Catholic, uses Alla for "God".) Arab Christians, for example, use the terms Allāh al-ab (الله الأب) forGod the Father, Allāh al-ibn (الله الابن) for God the Son, and Allāh al-rūḥ al-quds (الله الروح القدس) for God the Holy Spirit. (See God in Christianity for the Christian concept of God.)
