America and Israel against right to food

On December 16, 2021 there was a voting at the UN whether food should be a human right.
186 countries voted with yes,
only 2 countries voted with no.
These two countries were the USA and Israel.

I believe this is not a good sign for America and Israel,
because why should someone be against right to food?
Is it because you could no longer sanction other countries?
Or is it because companies would make losses?

Really? Then it shouldn't be any problem getting food from Egypt assuming Egypt had voted for the rights of food.

Umm...
The Right to Food is already enshrined as a Human Right in Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted on December 10, 1948 with 0 votes opposed.

So...
What does the "Right to Food" mean the context of this resolution from December 16, 2021? I read through it and it's word salad. So what gives? What exactly was this new resolution supposed to do that previous resolutions didn't do?

I tried researching this, and there just wasn't much. What little I found seemed to indicate there was indirect, veiled references in the resolution to Israel. The UN has a very long, very ugly history of singling out Israel for special "treatment," employing a higher moral bar for the Jewish state than any other nation. While I can't say for certain this is the case in this instance, it would not surprise me in the slightest if this resolution was simply another attempt of the UN to hold Israel accountable for things that it routinely allows to slide in other nations. It would certainly explain why both the US and Israel voted no.

I really can't say more without reading the actual text of the resolution and gaining access to statements by the US and Israel as to their reasons.

Odd. I see a lower bar for Israel, which is
never held accountable for its crimes.
But then, I'm not a Zionist, so I've no
need to blindly defend Israel.
