A human has never been a bird.
You appear to be taking your understanding of what the word "evolution" means from superhero films.
In the context of biological evolution, individual do not evolve.
Evolution is a property of groups of interbreeding individuals, and happens over periods of multiple generations.
Furthermore, neither I nor any reputable scientist is claiming that avian species lie in the direct ancestral inheritance of homo sapiens. (If you're looking for a common ancestor, Amniotes split into Synapsida and Diapsida more than 300 million years ago).
By all means object to evolution. That's your right.
But wouldn't it be better to object to the actual version of evolution people are claiming, rather than some made-up straw-man version?
