When the 10 tribes of Israel departed from Israel, they went over what is called in the Scriptures the Caucasus Mountains.

Well we know there are only two tribes left over in Israel, one being the tribe of Israel and the other being the tribe of Judah.

The other 10 tribes went over the Caucasus Mountains to settle what is now called, European countries.

If Jesus said that the kingdom is within us (and around us), Luke 17:21, yet he said he "goes" to prepare a place for us, John 14:2, I don't see heaven as being on Earth.

Gnosis teaches of the infinities. This universe is dying from day one (decay). Along with the Earth.

Spirit does not die, and is within the Aeon that has no death (decay) as well.

The kingdom is where the will of God (the Father) exists and what we seek. The Universe is physical where another (god) exists (as well), the devil. The devil owns the Earth and the world.

The kingdom is made up of many heavens (infinities) hence Paul saying:

I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth .. such an one caught up to the third heaven.- 2 Corinthians.

Gnosis teaches even more than that, hence the "many" mansions Jesus spoke in parable.

Those publicans were tax collectors like Matthew was a publican who collected taxs from the people.

Matthew was a Jew of Israel.

Strong's Concordance of the Greek translation, 5057 -- Publican collector of public revenue - Publican.

Therefore those Publicans were Jews the same as Matthew is a Jew of Israel.

As to where do you get a Publican as being a Gentile.
