Anarcho-communism

So I just realized there is a such thing as anarcho-communism thanks to you comrades. Here's their flag:

It's hard for me to understand how anarcho-communism could even exist. How could you practice anarchy while at the same time have common ownership?

Anarchist society is actually a very organised system. It's far more organised than the current statist system which predominates. An anarchist society is organised from the bottom to the top, and is democratic all the way through.

As for anarcho-communism, this is basically a system in which collectively-owned and -run co-operatives produce goods and services which are provided freely to people of other co-ops via the use of common depots etc. It can be compared to anarcho-collectivism, in which these freely-associated co-ops trade their goods in a common market. I am kind of up for both, although I lean towards the former.

I love spiders passionately!! Here are a few of the many I've had. Sorry to change the subject lol :D

I have some tarantulas as well. They are cool!!! However, why in the world would you let that Gramastola Rosea bite you?

Other prominent examples of similar thinking in practice that are still going I'd recommend - Zapatistas and Rojava.

Also, anarchistic systems are basically ubiquitous at a local level.

That was years ago...I admit that I like it when they bite, that's why I like baboon T's.

However, I've come to realize they don't think it's fun...at least I don't think so. I thought they liked it because I thought it made them feel powerful.

But I won't do that anymore :)

How is anarchism not lawlessness?

By dint of not promoting that at all.

An anarchist society is one which is organised through voluntary association and democratic governance at the local level, and all the way up from there. Power is rooted in consensus democracy at the grassroots level, rather than in a centralised state.

You thought the matrix was just a movie didn't you Neo? Lol. :D

You can also read it as a social critique about how our perception and awareness of reality can be manipulated by "the system". I.e. How our education, social networks and the media limit our knowledge of what exists and whats possible. ;)

The truth is that as long as you stay within the "comfort zone" of mainstream mass media a HUGE amount of information simply won't come on your radar. Its as if it didn't exist. The easiest way to keep people ignorant is to tell them something is impossible or else not let them know its even there so they can't know its possible. Huge swathes of human history, cultures and socities just disappear because they are "out of sight". You can get carried away and take it too far but It doesn't mean its all wrong. Its more accurate to say the way we see the world is highly distorted. Maybe Like a hall of mirrors- some bits get much more attention and are exaggerated whilst others don't get any attention at all.

It gets easier though. Sorry btw, I don't get to have this much fun as most people aren't prepared to go beyond what they already know. So this is a pleasant experience to share for a change. :D
