So God is NOT God of everybody? I thought omni-everything should be sort of inclusive, but apparently you have this "tribal" notion of your deity. Odd, that. Are Christians the only child molesters?
God will deal with His own. They will not get away with it. As for the world's children, they are left to your bleeding hearts to turn loose and prey on others.

Heretage Baptist church Pastor got caught with kiddie porn and charged.. I don't reust the church or any pastors anymore why doesn't this surprise me?
Any suggestions on how to keep out predators from being Pastors?
Arlington Pastor Brett Monroe Arrested, Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography
You don't trust pastors anymore.
The volume of Internet child porn went from about 23 million images in 2017 to 45 million
images in 2018. This has totally overwhelmed authorities. Pointing a finger at a church
where someone fell victim to this stuff isn't going to help the sexualization of our society -
in fact it's going to make it worse.
Sex used to be about love, commitment and children. Now it's transactional, recreational
and in-your-face political. I suggest that once all the churches have been burnt to the ground
and porn, kiddy porn, snuff porn, polygamy, pederasty, polyamory, gay love, gay boys etc are
totally mainstream then we are going to have a world hardly worth living in - particularly for
women and children.
And it won't surprise me at all.
SHouldnt the Baptist church have to check the background and find out of there are any prior arrests before someone is hired?
Since God is man made he tends to have the traits of his believers.
When did I say burn the churches to the ground?I am not pointing a finger at the church,
It was talked about all over the place when Catholics were having these same problems .
So God is NOT God of everybody? I thought omni-everything should be sort of inclusive, but apparently you have this "tribal" notion of your deity. Odd, that.
I don't believe in God, and have absolutely nothing on my conscience as a result. You probably don't believe me... as if it matters. It is none but the truth. I don't waste my time worrying about hypotheses for which those hypothesizing can't provide even a single shred of compelling, real-world evidence. What do you take me for? An idiot?
What is this even supposed to mean? Non-Christians don't get caught? Any figures to back up this statement? I have a sneaking suspicion you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
Do you have any evidence that God had a hand in his detection and apprehension? Nevermind... you don't. Duh.
Get away with what? Not believing? Why... it is extremely easy to "get away with". Or are you talking about punishments that come after you're dead? Do you have any evidence that those exist? Oh wait... not again. You don't. Boy... you really like making claims without a shred of evidence. Seems foolish to me. Really foolish.
If your "answers" include The Bible (even tangentially) then yes, please spare us. Your advice would have to be stricken from the record as worthless. Once you have evidenced, real-world, rational arguments and methods, then you might have a leg to stand on in front of the public at large to propose something. Outside of that, you have nothing.
I'd be willing to bet you think this sounds bad-a$$ and intimidating, a real 1-2 punch for "The Lord." You're wrong, you know. It's terribly pathetic. Worth not much more than an eye-roll and a head-shake. On second thought... too much energy wasted in even that. Oops... how long have I been typing? Dang... time wasted yet again.
Sex used to be about love, commitment and children. Now it's transactional, recreational

...polyamory, gay love...
What can I say? Hypocrisy is a much more denigrated thing. If a man known to be a thief steals, it was expected. If a man professing to have THE ONE way to understand right from wrong under his belt (AKA, "God's Word") steals... well then, he's going to be taken to task now isn't he? We were already going to merely punish the thief... but the "upstanding believer?" He's going to hear it from all sides. This is to be expected. Though you seem to want to treat it as some kind of persecution. But I, as a Christian do believe in God, and the Bible as the Word of God. People such as yourself, such as the one who started this thread, always love to point out the sins and faults of Christians when they find them.
It may very well be - but when you throw hypocrisy in on top of it, it is certainly more noteworthy, as I just described. As though our society is not permeated with such sins by those who are not Christian.
No, it isn't about this at all. It's about expectation. Christians berate the rest of the world ALL THE TIME (kind of like you are doing here), so when the world catches them doing something against their own code of conduct, OF COURSE it is going to be rubbed in your faces. Of course it is. We're going to take that stink and smear it all under your nose, mop it back up and do it again. I am 100% sure you don't like it... and that is 100% the point. As though they were so pure and sinless.
If I don't want to hear what? About The Bible? But don't you understand - I comment specifically because I want you to know that I don't want to hear it. My hope in this is that if you (or any Christian) gets told enough times that no one wants to hear it, then maybe they will stop bringing it to the table all the time as if it is relevant. The main point with all of this is that YOU DON'T KNOW BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG. You do not. NOT. This is why your indiscretions are rubbed in your face, this is why some people are going to roll their eyes when you start bringing up "Biblical principles." The ones who are really progressing are trying to figure it all out. People like you who think they already know it all because God told them are not adding anything to the conversation. If you don't want to hear it, don't comment.

So, I respond as a Christian. God in the Bible has revealed the sins of His people. He doesn't sugar coat it. And just like I said, all will be accounted for. Yes, that is Bible. But, I am Christian. When the topic specifically involves Christian actions then you should expect it.
If you don't want to hear it, don't comment. The State is not the one who determines who is a pastor or not. They can throw that pastor in jail if he is guilty of a crime, but they don't appoint them.
