Sounds as if they should of been challenged already. I suppose there are reasons why they are unabated. It can't be all fear.I never thought I'd say this, but I hope the Iranian government gets more involved and sends in troops if ISIS continues to expand.

Well according to Rûdaw (which is a Kurdish news source), the Pershmerga have begun to fight ISIS in Mosul. We'll see what happens but I'm personally rooting for the Kurds.The only hope they have is either if the Peshmerga somehow push ISIS back or Iran sends in its troops. Both of those are unlikely scenarios at the moment. ISIS has started defeating Peshmerga units and has started to invade Lebanon now. So I think the only hope for Iraq is an Iranian invasion. I really never thought I would say that.
