Another Mormon here...

Hello-

I'm an active, practicing, long-time LDS from the East coast. I'm a stay-home, homeschooling mom of four BEAUTIFUL & intelligent children. I'm super conservative. I listen to Glenn Beck occasionally and host a study group of The 5000 Year Leap, monthly. I'm a natural with a gun, though I haven't had too much experience. I read Charlotte Mason and agree with her philosophy towards education. I have really dry feet. I'm a little sloppy, can be lazy, and slightly closed-minded, but would like to change those qualities about myself. I don't have a southern accent, though I have lived in the South all my life. Black-eyed peas and hoe cakes make me cry ~they remind me of my Paw Paw. I've tubed down the Yangtze River ~ nee how ma? (Have I been properly stereotyped yet?) I'm fascinated with other branches of Christianity and would like to understand them better. And I need to get some sleep.

Hey SisSmith! I enjoyed your intro. I'm also a practicing Latter-day Saint so we will obviously have a few things in common. On the other hand, if you are super-conservative, you may see me as some kind of a flaming liberal. Just saying, our conversations may end up being pretty interesting. Anyway, it's always nice to have another Mormon around. There are a handful of us right now, you you should fit it nicely.

Why did you edit out the part about being one of Joseph Smith's descendants? I mean, that's way cool. Not everybody can say that.
