Law fare is when you attempt to target political opponents, with novel legal theory, that was never used on other people. If the accused lacks the resources to hire top notch lawyers to defend themselves, law fare allows anyone to be condemned, and thrown into jail simple due to lack of defense resources. Why do you think the fines in the NYC business case were so high; deplete Trump defense fund. There were no victims in that case. It was essentially like a death penalty for a victimless crime. Only a crook can see that as legal justice.
The rule should be if the case is thrown out, due to scam law fare legal theory, then the prosecutors go to jail, unless they give up their leaders who requested this illegal behavior. Someone will have to go to jail as a deterrent to future law fare. If not, then if Trump gets in, he gets to do as many law fare trials as the original crooks, legally. Remember General Flynn who was an ally of Trump in 2016. During the Russian Collusion Coup and scam, Flynn was shaken down by law fare to lie about Trump's involvements in their fabricated collusion delusion accusation. In the real time ambiance of fake news propaganda, it always seems to be justified. But 20/20 hindsight shows it was crime by the crooked Government.
