I thought I'd start a thread for inspiring those who visit our forum and feel like they're at the end of it all. Many of us on here deal with depression, including severe and suicidal depression. I am one of them. So I hope this becomes a thread to post whatever things help keep you going in those very dark hours of your life, whatever it may be. Together, we can get through it.

Here's some anti-suicide songs that inspire me/have inspired me:

An apology beforehand for crappy Vevo videos: I can't post a higher quality version because Vevo is really tyrannical in its copyright restrictions and either forces us into watching low quality videos, when you know they have HD versions, or restrict it by country. Lol.

I don't usually watch wartime movies or other sadistic ones- just can't bear it. Whenever I am at the dark times, i just think of the those who had to go through tougher times (wars, etc) or think about the stories of people who are a real inspiration.

Right now i am going through Sam Harris book "Free will". It is a great book and I request you to read this. it has literally - erased all "regrets" on my mind, felt like i am much closer to myself.

By the way, I find listing to the music during the early morning hours (around 4:00AM and afterwards) is very ( the most) enjoyable. It takes me to a new world. I think our brain is most suited to listening to music at those times (-just my personal experience /nothing scientific yet). Any suggestions? anyone?
