Anti-theft devices on shopping carts

That's what it is here. They aren't banned, you just have to pay a little for them and you get a much better bag that is very reusable and will last a good long time.
Unfortunately most people just pay the money and still throw away the new bags. I have my own bag, but the very few times that I am walking and have to make a stop in the store I will buy a bag. It does not tend to get much use before it is tossed.

I don't understand. Why not just have your people do your shopping for you?

This is what I do. I get $200 of groceries every month from my local Meijer's and ship it to my address. So easy and convenient for me. And because I'm using my food stamp benefits, delivery is free. I'm actually getting a delivery tomorrow.
