Telling us you're going to cry is not really going to win over sympathies.

I once knew a person who texted to a girl that he was going to cry, but the text accidentally was sent to my girlfriend, who was with him at the time, and he was most certainly NOT crying.

If you're actually going to cry, then cry. Get it out of your system. (Good cries feel really good afterwards.) Then, when you've calmed down, come back and defend yourself against whatever post made you cry.
