Many folks take the holistic approach of meditation by which I agree it's certainly, imo, benefits all who participate.Sure, I'll occasionally meditate for stress or physiological purposes.

I have a friend, a New Age Buddhist, I like to call her, whose been meditating for a few years. I believe Spock had some knowledge in this area.It can be reaaaaally relaxing. Especially after a stressful day if you download a guided meditation track.
