Are You A Sincere Palestinian Supporter?

It’s funny all the people here that support the Arabs fight to take back the land that was taken from them during colonialization. If that was happening where they live in the United States I bet you their tune would change. Let’s say If China and Russia were supporting the native Americans to reclaim their land how many of these so-called Palestinian supporters would be revealed as a hypocrite?

The Jews living in Israel today had nothing to do with the colonialization. Give me a break.

While we can't change the history of what happened and how, the Native Americans in the U.S. today are citizens with equal rights. The reservations still exist, but they're not confined to them. They have freedom to travel, right to vote, and other rights and civil liberties. Of course, there still remains some legacy of bigotry and racism, so there's still some more work to do in that area.

Another difference might be U.S. expansionism.

The colonial era was also characterized by the colonial powers warring with each other over control of colonies. In the post-colonial era, the legacy has left a lot of turmoil and chaos which has gone on for decades throughout many parts of the world. Many have still remained in the Western fold, although China and Russia have been forging ties with some countries in the developing world. I don't know if we're seeing a new form of colonialism at work, with different power blocs forming.

The West has been holding the upper hand for quite some time, and it's obvious that the governments of the West want to remain in that favorable position. But there are others who are trying to challenge that position, so there appears to be a dangerous game afoot.

I’m talking about the 5 million native Americans that were wiped out and their land stolen. What if somebody helps them get justice? How would all these so-called Palestinian supporters from America react then huh? I think they’re all just big talkers imo. I’ll tell you how they’d react. They’d all rise up and support the United States, the country they can’t stand so much. lol. And yet they live here. It’s a joke.

It depends on which Palestinian supporters you're talking about. I have found that there are those who might support the Palestinians in this particular conflict, but that doesn't mean their politics would align with each other on every issue.

However, there are probably more than a few who would probably be on the side of justice regarding the Native Americans. I had a co-worker from Sudan who was a devout Muslim and supported the Palestinians, but she was also extremely critical of US history, especially slavery, racism, and the horrific atrocities against Native Americans. Many Americans have also shared that view.

You spoke of some outside power (China or Russia) possibly supporting the Native Americans reclaiming their land. Interestingly, the US government once had similar concerns about civil rights leaders and organizations possibly being infiltrated or co-opted by communists acting at the behest of Russian agents. This caused some people to want to crack down even further on civil rights, while others believed that the better solution was to promote more civil rights and social justice. As a result, fewer people were swayed by communist agitators, as their situation appeared to be getting better through the current system, creating a disincentive to revolution or armed resistance.

So, if they want justice, then give them justice.

I do not think the native Americans today want a separate nation state. If they did, then it can be up for discussion.

The process of seeking justice is not the same thing as revenge killing. Justice can be attained without killing.

You got that wrong.
Not many western people DO support any redistribution of land from 'colonisation'. That all happened over 70 years ago.

What decent western people DO support today is for the protection of Palestinian civilian folks in Gaza......40,000 have been killed in a year and their ENTIRE land has been razed. And West Bank people have been treated very badly indeed.

Do you honestly think decent people would support the razing of your cities and mass killing of US people by foreign powers ?

I both support Palestine and believe Uncle Sam should be doing a lot to help the Natives.

How bout it people? If rockets were raining on your American cities in support of Native Americans regaining their land back would you support it or support the American military? It’s a simple question. Surely you can answer.

Here let me make it easier for you. Let’s say the Rockets aren’t raining down on cities. Let’s say they’re raining down on American military bases.
