Are you scared of bugs?

Do you have a tent -- the kind with the attached floor that can be zipped up tight?
I think that's your only safe bet.

I hope it matches your living room drapes.

they get me, i get them. they don't run away from me, i don't run away from them. i love them so much actually. they are my friends. so gentle and beautiful.

You sound like my second daughter. :) She loves all creatures.

We get this guy sometimes. These dudes hang out with me in the basement while I exercise (I think they laugh at me.).

Fortunately, most of the other insects we run into stay in the garden. This one is a frequent visitor.

My brother gets a scorpion from time to time. :faint:

If it`s in my house and has more than four legs it dies.

Are you kidding? I see a spider in the shower and I freak out! Once, a June bug got into our house and I had to get my husband to shoo it away. I don't think I will mentioned the time I was in a car, and this bright green insect was flying around me and I couldn't make it go out the window and I was just freaking out. People laugh at me about this a lot, including myself once the insects and bugs and arachnids are gone. ;)

You just reminded me of a 90-something old lady I know. When I told her how sorry I was to hear her husband had died, she just shrugged, "It's somethin' we all got to do." :)

Old people are usually the smartest about those things.

I have to admit that people who are terrified of bugs are a big turn off for me. my normal strategy is to let them outside when its possible, I don't even kill poisonous insects in various working environments, although there was one time when I was posted on the Syrian border and the place was infested with vipers, plenty of them met a bitter end at the time.

People who kill vipers are a big turn off for me.

I wouldn't be surprised if my death is one day caused by me wrecking my car because there is a wasp in there with me......

Oh yeah. The bug I trapped under the magazines, under the shoe box, under more magazines was in fact dead. I killed him. My mom looked under all of the stuff for me and removed the corpse. It was dead. Probably the two magazines mixed with my foot stepping on said magazines did the trick. I was just too scared to check myself, so I trapped him under a box and a stack of magazines in addition to killing him. Good thing I keep empty shoe boxes and old magazines all over my floor. You know... That's probably why there's bugs in here... I need to clean my room.... HOWEVER, I cannot, because there might be bugs under things. It's a never-ending cycle of terror.
