Are you sure you will always remain Atheist ?

Yeah, short of God showing up (and not even then in a lot of cases), I think most atheists are pretty solid about it.
Even if "God" showed up, how would I verify he's not just some spoiled rich alien brat with amazing technological tricks & illusions?
We all (at least us nerds) that STTNG episode.

Everyone can believe in everything which make them happy and secure. It doesn't matter if this will be God or something else. The meaning of believing is just to feel better in this world :)

For some of us, it isn't about being happy.
It's just what seems to be.
(Happiness just happens anyway.)
Where we really luck out is that the universe is just so darned complicated & interesting.

No. I am not unsure of my beliefs, though. Its just that people change and I cannot predict the future. So I cannot say I know what my faith will be like in, say, 10 years. I believe I will remain an atheist, but I dont know.

No. But I don't really care. :p I care more about living my life morally. If a belief in a deity becomes part of that, so be it.

My primary position is agnostic, anyway, so it wouldn't be as much of a stretch, compared to if I was sure about atheism.

Not being sure about such things is part of the reason I'm atheist in the first place.

Why you choosed, as you are not so sure ? :)
You seem to be making the all too common mistake of assuming atheism (or theism) is a choice. None of us can choose to believe or not believe in a god, we simply do or don't. We can seek further information to influence our beliefs but we can't control how our brain interprets what we find.
