Believe me my popcorn was extra buttery watching the exchanges as religion, namely ahem...'Dr' Kent Hovind dropped dead in complete ignorance and knowledge.

Technically that's just a statement & one could categorize it as a non sequitur or irrelevant statement. If someone were to say something like "he's wrong because he's ugly" (or even "he's right because he's ugly"), then that would be an ad hominem fallacy.

The guy has like a 30-year-old first grade level caricature presentation of what he thinks evolution is and he can't go off that script. Once he's asked a question where he can't refer directly to his script, you see him start drowning. Then you get "Are you drunk Aron?" LOL!
